By installing, pairing or using Access Control — including the Child App, the Parent Dashboard and this website — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the platform.

You may use Access Control only if you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor, or the owner/administrator of the device being monitored, and only where such monitoring is permitted by applicable law.

The platform must never be used to monitor adults without their knowledge and consent, to stalk, harass, or to infringe anyone's privacy. Unlawful use is a violation of these terms.

The Silent Exploit Team grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Access Control for its intended purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no interference with its infrastructure, no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no use of the software for any illegal activity, and no removal of consent prompts or privacy indicators beyond what the settings legitimately allow.

After installing the Child App, you are responsible for granting the required permissions, keeping your pairing code private, and securing the Parent Dashboard account with a strong password. Changes you make to device security settings — for example, pausing Play Protect scanning during installation — are made at your own discretion and should be reverted once setup is complete.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time as the platform evolves. The service is provided as-is and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Access Control is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every event on a monitored device.

To the extent permitted by law, the Silent Exploit Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or device functionality arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

You may stop using the platform at any time by uninstalling the Child App and closing your dashboard account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, including unlawful use of the software.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with an updated date.
