Privacy Policy
How Access Control handles information — written in plain language.
Last updated · October 2026
01Overview
Access Control is a parental-control and device-safety platform developed by the Silent Exploit Team. This policy explains what information the platform processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to the account holder — the parent or guardian who installs and administers the software.
This policy covers three parts of the product: this landing website, the Parent Dashboard web application, and the Child App installed on a monitored device.
02Information We Process
Depending on the modules enabled by the account holder, the Child App may process device information (model, battery, storage, network status), call logs, SMS content and metadata, app usage statistics, approximate and precise location, captured screen content during consented screen-sharing sessions, and files explicitly accessed through the file-manager module.
Audio or video broadcasting only transmits while an active session is running, and Android keeps its microphone and camera indicators visible during such sessions.
03Permissions on the Child Device
The Child App requests Android permissions — accessibility, device administration, location, camera, microphone, notifications and storage — because each permission powers a specific monitoring or protection module. The app will not function as intended if a required permission is declined.
All permissions can be reviewed and revoked at any time from the Android system settings of the monitored device.
04Lawful Use & Consent
Access Control is designed exclusively for lawful parental supervision of minors and for the safety of devices you own or are authorized to administer. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
The platform is built on transparency: screen sharing always begins with a visible consent prompt on the child device, and monitoring is intended for safety — never covert spying.
05Data Storage & Retention
Data collected by the Child App is transmitted to the Parent Dashboard associated with your paired account and retained there until you delete it. Deleting an activity item, unpairing a device, or deleting the account removes the corresponding data.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use monitoring data for advertising.
06Data Sharing
We do not share monitoring data with third parties except for the infrastructure required to operate the service (for example, hosting and database providers) and where disclosure is required by law.
07Security
Transmissions between the Child App and the Parent Dashboard are encrypted in transit, and access to the dashboard is protected by your account credentials. No system is absolutely secure, so we also recommend keeping pairing codes private and using a strong password.
08Your Controls
From the Parent Dashboard you can pause modules, delete stored activity, unpair a child device, or close your account. On the child device, uninstalling the Child App (after disabling device-admin rights) stops all collection immediately.
09Children's Privacy
Access Control is a tool operated by a parent or guardian; the account holder decides which modules run and is responsible for using them lawfully and proportionately. The platform deliberately keeps consent prompts and Android privacy indicators visible to the child.
10Changes & Contact
This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
